Job Description - Vocational Instructor

  • Assess the vocational interests, abilities, and training needs of beneficiaries.
  • Plan and conduct practical vocational training sessions.
  • Teach job-related skills based on the individual's abilities and interests.
  • Support beneficiaries in developing work habits, discipline, and workplace behaviour.
  • Monitor and document individual progress and training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
  • Assist in identifying suitable vocational opportunities and work placements.
  • Maintain training materials, tools, equipment, and records.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive training environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and rehabilitation planning.
  • Perform other duties related to vocational rehabilitation as assigned.
