Vocational Trainer - Housekeeping

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Vocational Trainer - Housekeeping to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands -on experience in housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry and the ability to train students through practical, skill -based learning. Candidates with prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vocational and practical training sessions in Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
  
• Train students on room cleaning procedures, housekeeping operations, linen management, guest service standards, hygiene practices, and hotel protocols.
  
• Conduct hands -on demonstrations, workshops, and skill -development activities.
  
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, projects, and examinations.
  
• Guide students on industry standards, workplace readiness, and career opportunities in hospitality.
  
• Support students with internship and placement preparation.
  
• Maintain training records and ensure a productive learning environment.
  
• Stay updated with current hospitality and housekeeping industry practices.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands -on experience in the Housekeeping Department of a reputed hotel, preferably a 4 -star or 5 -star property.
  
• Prior experience in teaching, vocational training, skill development programs, or student mentoring is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, room maintenance, hygiene standards, and guest service practices.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions effectively.
  
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
