Summary

The Voice Sales Executive plays a pivotal role within the IT Services sector, driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement. This position focuses on executing outbound sales strategies to promote solutions, build client relationships, and consistently meet performance targets. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, utilizing strong communication abilities to articulate value propositions and guide prospects through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Employ persuasive negotiation tactics to secure agreements and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Follow up persistently with potential clients to nurture leads and advance them through the pipeline.
Analyze call metrics and feedback to refine sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
