Voice Sales Executive

Summary

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound telecalling campaigns to generate new business leads and qualify prospects for our communication products.
  
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations via phone to articulate product value propositions and address client inquiries.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final negotiation and closing of deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
  
• Utilize effective communication techniques to handle objections and guide prospects toward a purchase decision.
  
• Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately within the company's database.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery of services to newly acquired clients.
  

• Possess a minimum of one year of professional experience in sales, telecalling, or a related field.
  
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  
• Show proven capability in negotiation and closing deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  
• Have a track record of successfully achieving sales targets and managing performance metrics.
  
• Exhibit strong customer handling abilities to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Display proficiency in lead generation techniques and the ability to identify potential opportunities.
  
• Possess specific experience in voice sales or telecommunication services is highly preferred.
