  • Lead preparation and review of quarterly earnings disclosures (Earnings Presentation, Press Release, Earnings Supplement) for assigned scope.
  • Draft/review MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis) content for 10-Q and 10-K (as applicable), ensuring consistency of messaging, drivers, and disclosures.
  • Produce competitor benchmarking and strategic insights on key CIB peers (financial performance, drivers, and strategy).
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly performance commentary with a management perspective on trends, risks, and actions.

Controls & Process Excellence

  • Maintain a strong control environment (SOPs, control checks, audit trails) and ensure effective governance over key tools/processes.
  • Lead change management for evolving requirements (e.g., FRB instruction updates, expense guidance changes, additional scenarios), including impact assessment and implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and re-engineering to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and strengthen end-to-end accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of analytics, technical capability, and executive communication, with deep experience in financial analysis and risk management within CIB. Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, stress testing, or risk management within a Commercial & Investment Bank.
