The VP – Executive Division will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, driving research initiatives, and leading a team of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth

• Drive referrals through client networks to acquire new business
• Expand service offerings and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) from existing clients
• Build trust and long-term relationships through clear and effective communication

2. Client Management

• Foster and manage strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand clients’ evolving financial needs, goals, and preferences
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to client queries and concerns

3. Research & Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of invested funds regularly
• Participate in fund manager calls to validate internal research, align investment frameworks, and gather insights

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a team of financial advisors and professionals, offering strategic direction and support
• Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, review performance, and resolve operational challenges
