Job Description - VP Growth (Marketing) - An exciting health-tech startup

  • Opportunity to lead the entire growth marketing function of the firm
  • Work directly with the Founder on all strategic priorities to scale the business

    • Job Description

  • Acquire 1 million customers over 5 years
  • Acquire 5 lakh customers online using doctor consultation on video conference
  • Setup citywise regional language ads campaigns in Meta & Google platform
  • Meet ACOS & ROAS goals to achieve EBITDA margin of 25% by the end of year two
  • Develop an online marketing playbook to maximize RoI and predictable sales
  • Setup high conversion marketing funnels & campaign structures - ToFu, MoFu, BoFu
  • Optimize CTR, CPC and website conversion
  • Liaison with cross functional teams & agencies to create regional content
  • Conceptualize creative content to increase brand love & sales
  • Retain 1 million using drip marketing via WhatsApp, SMS
  • Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate
  • Develop a result-oriented team of marketers to create a new business category in India

    • The Successful Applicant

  • 14+ years track record in brand building and performance marketing
  • Candidates with experience in LeadGen, D2C, Ed-Tech, exclusive business outlets (EBO) preferred
  • Master in performance marketing and dangerously hands-on with Google especially YouTube,Meta platform
  • Personality traits - Obsessive go-getter, analytical, micro-manager and tirelessly run AB tests
  • Has the knack to work directly with founders & investors with high sense of ownership
  • Ability to undertake PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment
