Vice President – Marketing 

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Executive Director and Board

Role Overview: 

Posidex is entering a high growth
phase and we are looking to onboard a VP Marketing to lead and scale our global
marketing charter. This role offers complete ownership across brand
positioning, enterprise narrative, go to market strategy, and performance
driven demand generation.

Working closely with Sales and
Product leadership, you will help build a predictable pipeline engine,
strengthen Posidex’s market presence, and establish the company as a credible
and trusted enterprise technology brand across India and international markets.
We are looking for a leader who brings strategic maturity, hands on execution
ability, and the confidence to operate in a lean, high accountability
environment. 

This is not a
brand maintenance role. This is a build role. We are looking for a leader who
can create a category narrative and a pipeline engine with speed, quality, and
intensity.


Key Responsibilities:

This role comes with full ownership
of marketing strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, go to
market, and demand generation. As VP Marketing, you will lead initiatives that
directly impact pipeline growth, market presence, and long term brand
credibility.

This is a high impact role with
significant individual ownership. You will be expected to operate with a
founder mindset, move quickly with clarity, and drive outcomes in a lean, high
accountability environment. You will also play a culture shaping role within
the organization, setting the benchmark for execution quality, communication
standards, cross functional collaboration, and customer obsession.


1.Strategy and Positioning:

• Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned to Posidex’s growth plans and global expansion goals
• Define Posidex’s category narrative and sharpen positioning against global competitors
• Build a clear enterprise messaging framework tailored to priority industries and buyer personas
• Partner closely with CEO, Sales leadership, and Product leadership to align marketing priorities to business outcomes
• Ensure the company’s external narrative matches Posidex’s ambition, maturity, and enterprise credibility
• Identify whitespace opportunities and new GTM plays through strong market and competitive intelligence

 2Product Marketing:

• Own end to end product marketing across all product lines including Customer 360, Customer MDM, and PII Data Vault with Searchable Encryption
• Define value propositions, differentiation, messaging, and customer stories that make Posidex easy to understand and hard to ignore
• Lead product launches, major releases, and GTM roll outs with clear execution plans and measurable outcomes
• Create world class sales enablement assets including product decks, battle -cards, case studies, solution briefs, and competitive narratives
• Work with Product teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling enterprise outcomes and use cases
• Drive adoption of consistent messaging across Sales, partnerships, and executive communications

3. Demand Generation and ABM:

• Build and scale a performance led demand generation engine with strong pipeline contribution
• Own funnel strategy end to end including targeting, campaign architecture, conversion strategy, and lead quality
• Design and execute ABM programs for priority accounts and key enterprise segments
• Partner with Sales leadership on target account planning, pipeline goals, stage wise conversion, and win rate improvements
• Track marketing ROI rigorously through dashboards, attribution, and performance reporting
• Drive strategic event led pipeline generation, industry campaigns, and outbound enablement with measurable outcomes
Brand and Communications
• Own Posidex’s brand strategy and ensure consistency across every external touchpoint
• Raise the overall bar on how Posidex communicates as a premium global enterprise technology brand
• Lead integrated marketing communications across website, content strategy, media, social channels, and thought leadership
• Build a strong founder and leadership visibility program to strengthen market trust and credibility
• Drive creation of high quality content assets such as whitepapers, POVs, case studies, customer stories, and executive narratives
• Ensure all marketing execution reflects high standards of quality, clarity, and enterprise credibility

4. Analyst and Partner Marketing:

• Build and own analyst relations including analyst briefings, research placements, and strategic visibility initiatives
• Establish Posidex’s credibility within the global enterprise data and privacy ecosystem
• Drive partner marketing initiatives with platforms, technology partners, integrators, and alliances
• Build co marketing plans that strengthen pipeline, credibility, and ecosystem adoption
• Own narratives and enablement material for partners to pitch Posidex accurately and consistently
• Represent Posidex externally in high impact forums, industry networks, conferences, and strategic events


Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:
• To succeed in this role, you should bring strong enterprise marketing fundamentals, global exposure, and a proven record of building marketing engines that strengthen brand credibility while driving measurable pipeline outcomes.
• 10 to 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in enterprise technology or product organizations
• Strong experience marketing platforms and solutions that sell into large enterprises, with complex buying cycles and multiple decision makers
• Proven ability to define and lead global marketing strategy across positioning, brand, product marketing, and demand generation
• Experience supporting go to market motions involving a mix of direct enterprise sales, partnerships, and ecosystem -driven adoption
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and adjacent areas such as privacy, security, analytics, governance, and compliance -led solutions
• Experience working across India and at least one international geography, with comfort operating in global markets and time zones

Core Competencies:
• This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands on, with the ability to build high quality execution while influencing cross functional teams at a senior level. The right candidate will be comfortable owning outcomes with speed, discipline, and clarity.
• Strong market intelligence orientation with an ability to convert customer insight into clear messaging and GTM plays
• Ability to design and execute long term marketing strategy with measurable outcomes and ROI visibility
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and strong executive presence
• Strong cross functional alignment and ability to partner deeply with Sales, Product, and GTM leadership
• Hands on experience driving integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and field marketing
• Strong ABM and demand generation capability with disciplined funnel management, conversion thinking, and pipeline accountability
• Ability to operate in a lean, high growth environment while setting a high execution bar for the entire organization

Preferred Attributes:
• MBA or relevant post graduate qualification
• Prior experience with analyst relations, enterprise partnerships, and ecosystem marketing is a strong advantage
• Experience building and mentoring a high performance marketing team with high standards and strong accountability
