Strategic Expansion Leadership
â Define and execute the organization’s expansion strategy across target markets, identifying high value micro -markets for growth.
â Oversee market research, competitive bench -marking, and rental trend analysis to guide decision making.
â Develop multi -year expansion roadmaps in alignment with company vision and financial goals.
Business Development & Relationship Management
â Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties.
â Represent alt.f in high -level negotiations with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
â Lead negotiations for LOIs, agreements, and financial terms in alignment with the company’s financial models.
â Evaluate and structure revenue -sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable.
Project Acquisition & Execution Oversight
â Oversee parameter -based site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
â Collaborate with design, and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on -time, on -budget project delivery.
Operational Handover & Launch
â Ensure seamless handover from acquisition to operations, coordinating with landlords and internal teams to secure all required approvals and documentation.
â Track and maintain accurate property databases, including registration, deposits, and contract statuses.
Leadership & Team Development
â Lead, mentor, and develop the expansion team, fostering a high -performance culture.
â Promote cross -departmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution of expansion goals.
â Proven track record of leading large -scale office/corporate acquisition and expansion
â Strong network and relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers
â Expertise in strategic market analysis and deal structuring (including revenue
sharing / management contract models)
â Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
â Ability to lead cross -functional teams through complex transactions
â Preferred: Strong exposure to Tier -1 Tier -2 city markets in south
