services engagements, combining SAP transformation, Data/AI, and platform-led
delivery to unlock measurable business value across cost, speed, and revenue.

What You'll Own

• Build deep CXO relationships (CIO, CFO, Supply
  Chain, Merchandising)
  
• Identify and close large, multi-year transformation
  deals ($5M–$25M+)
  
• Position our services as a business transformation
  lever, not just implementation
  
• Drive cross-sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform
  capabilities
  
• Expand accounts through consumption-led and
  outcome-based models
  

How You'll Differentiate

• Bring an AI-first, platform-led point of view
  (automation, SDLC acceleration, cost optimization)
  
• Lead with value hypotheses, inventory reduction,
  forecast accuracy, cloud cost takeout
  
• Use industry context: demand sensing, supply chain
  agility, trend-to-store acceleration
  
• Shift conversations from projects → programs →
  platforms → outcomes
  

How Success Is Measured

• Net revenue growth and account expansion
  
• Large deal wins ($5M+) and pipeline creation
  
• Client value realization (cost, speed, efficiency)
  
• Executive trust and long-term partnerships
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 10-18+ years in consulting/services with strong
  sales ownership
  
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts
  ($10M+)
  
• Startup or high-growth sales experience
  
• Ability to connect business strategy to measurable
  impact
