We are looking for a Vice President – Sales with 10+ years of experience to lead the sales function for a rapidly growing SaaS-based enterprise. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales, experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and a strong track record of achieving ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strengthen positioning in existing segments, and drive customer acquisition across industries and geographies.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization that fosters accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key enterprise clients and strategic accounts. Oversee negotiations and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement structured sales processes, tools, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data and market insights to optimize sales strategies, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10–12+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with a strong record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and subscription-based revenue structures.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling large, distributed sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic planning and execution.
