VP - Senior Program and Project Lead for KYC Strategy (Hybrid) MUMBAI

The KYC Operations Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to lead in the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Program / Project Lead within KYC Operations

• Focus on Strategy Initiatives across SMB KYC Operations

• CCB Relationship Point of contact for the Business

• Lead CCB initiatives across KYC operations

• Project Lead focusing on Renewal Projects

• Process & Execution initiatives

• Work with the KYC Digital implementation team

• Work with KYC operations to identify projects to remove pain point / manual touch points

• Work with the Renewals Governance team

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

• Stakeholder Management

• Presenting to senior stakeholders

• Managing a BOW covering multiple strategic projects

• Site lead & matrix manager options

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in Program Management and Project Management

• Preferably with experience in Transformation, KYC, and Operations

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Project Management qualifications
