Seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will
play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal
candidate should possess a robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and a proven
track record in customizing and extending Salesforce applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and comprehend business requirements for Salesforce
implementations.
2. Design and execute Salesforce solutions, encompassing custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
3. Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to enhance and tailor Salesforce functionality.
4. Integrate Salesforce with other systems through the utilization of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
5. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and actively participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of
implemented solutions.
6. Generate and uphold documentation for all development activities, including technical specifications, design
documents, and test plans.
7. Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement
improvements.
8. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to provide support and troubleshoot Salesforce issues,
ensuring the smooth operation of the platform.
9. Provide training and support to end-users as required.
Qualifications:
1. Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, showcasing expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
components, and Salesforce configurations.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
4. Basic knowledge of health clouds.
5. Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, are highly advantageous.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
