| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Respond to and resolve client out -of -balance requests 2. Handle adjustments, rejects, missing payments, and billing inquiries 3. Perform detailed analysis of funding and ACH -related files 4. Identify, research, and report errors in merchant funding processes 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently 6. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements 8. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives |
