| Good Have Skills : | knowledge and expertise in General Liability |
| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Strong foundational and applied experience in U.S. and Canada-based General Liability, Cyber Liability, and EPL 2.Client-facing exposure, with proven communication skills and service awareness 3.A history of managing claims through a variety of cycles, from intake to complex resolution 4.Understanding of jurisdictional nuances, including comparative negligence, statutory guidelines, and claims with layered liability 5.High aptitude for self-sourcing answers, initiating critical conversations, and displaying resourcefulness 6.Experience negotiating with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective 7.Ideally, a background that includes roles as a complex adjuster, exposure to litigation, coverage analysis, loss prevention, or contributions to subrogation or arbitration prep 8.The interpersonal maturity to operate in high-touch, collaborative environments—not just executing solo tasks, but integrating into team dynamics, building visibility, and contributing to group momentum |
