Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant at Aitech plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and warehouse functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and support various logistical tasks. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the organization and management of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Support the receiving process by unloading shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and preparing shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely transportation of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and assist with regular inventory audits.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
