Warehouse and Logistics Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Logistics Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, dispatch, and logistics activities. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with internal teams and transporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.
  
  


• Ensure proper loading, unloading, stacking, and storage of materials.
  
  


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
  
  


• Prepare materials for dispatch as per approved orders and documents.
  
  


• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
  
  
  


• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
  
  


• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
  
  


• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts teams as required.
  
  


• Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or stock issues to the concerned supervisor.
  
  


• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
  
  


• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
  
  


• Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling operations.
  
  


• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
  
  


• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  


• Basic computer knowledge.
  
  


• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  
  


• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  
  


• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and handle operational activities.
