Warehouse Assistant and Data Entry Operator

Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our warehouse team as a Data Entry and Packer. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and manage inventory data into our system while also assisting with packing and shipping tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input and update inventory data into the System. Ensuring all data entered is correct, complete, and up to date.
• Packing and Shipping: Preparing Manifest kits for upcoming Tournaments in coordination with the project managers. Monitoring Packed items securely to prevent damage during transit. Labelling packages accurately with appropriate information.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor. Must maintain tournament-wise Discard report.
• Quality Control: Conducting quality and quantity checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Reporting any quality/quantity issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Following company policies and procedures regarding inventory handling, storage, and shipping.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Any Graduate.
• Should have 1 year of experience.
• Must have Data entry Inventory Management.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
• Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 to 20 Kgs, as well as prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
