Warehouse Executive / Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from the logistics and warehouse operations background who has strong exposure to shopfloor operations, 5S practices, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  Ensure zero safety incidents on site and maintain safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage manpower planning, allocation, and productivity.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle inventory management and ensure stock availability.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee packing, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and operational data.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive customer satisfaction and cost optimization initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Train new manpower on safety, quality, SOPs, and shopfloor discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Work on process improvement, case simulation, and workflow optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure adherence to 5S standards on shopfloor.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage put-away, lot segregation, and container loading activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure daily production and dispatch targets are achieved.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  2–5 years of experience in logistics / warehouse operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience in shopfloor operations & 5S implementation.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of SAP (WMS/MM), MIS, GRN processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong team handling and coordination skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• 
  

  Experience in packaging development / process improvement projects

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with cargo-wise or warehouse management systems
