Job Overview

A Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse operation, ensuring efficient storage, movement, and distribution of goods. The role focuses on productivity, safety, cost control, and team management.

  • Monitor inventory flow and minimize stock discrepancies

• Team Leadership & Workforce Management
  
  
  
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff
  
  
  • Allocate tasks, schedule shifts, and track performance
  
  
  • Coach and motivate employees to improve productivity  
  
  
  • Ensure proper staffing levels based on workload
  
  
  
  


• Inventory & Stock Control
  
  
  
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS
  
  
  • Conduct cycle counts and audits
  
  
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  
  
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
  
  
  
  


• Safety, Regulatory Compliance & Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field


• 8–12 years in warehouse / contract logistics


• 3–5 years in leadership role managing full warehouse


• Experience in 3PL / multi-customer environments strongly preferred

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions (standing, lifting, moving items)  


• Comfortable with operational demands and shift work


• Hands-on involvement in warehouse floor activities
