Requirements
Key Responsibilities
A) Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
â Own end -to -end warehouse functioning: receiving, put -away, storage hygiene, dispatch
readiness
â Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across SKUs, batches, and locations
â Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and ensure strict FIFO/FEFO practices
â Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical audits; reconcile discrepancies and
root -cause them
â Maintain stock thresholds and flag replenishment needs to the team in advance
â Maintain clean, organized warehouse layout and SKU bin/location mapping
B) Order Processing & Fulfilment (D2C + Marketplaces +B2B)
â Process and fulfil orders across channels:
â D2C website orders
â Marketplace orders (e.g., Amazon/others as applicable)
â B2B orders (corporate / institutional / retail as applicable)
â Other Special Orders (T.B.C)
â Ensure correct picking, packing, invoicing/labeling, and dispatch within defined timelines
â Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners for pickups, shipping labels, tracking, and
exceptions
â Handle operational escalations: RTO, damages, missing items, delays, address issues
C) Premium Packing & Presentation (Brand Execution)
â Ensure every shipment matches Casa Italiana’s premium gifting and unboxing standards
â Manage packing SOPs and packing SKUs, including (as applicable):
â gift boxes / outer shipper cartons
â tissue paper / protective inserts
â seals / stickers / tapes
â taste cards / story cards / thank -you notes
â special handling labels (fragile, keep upright, etc.)
â Maintain packing material inventory and reorder thresholds
â Train packers (if applicable) on speed + precision + presentation
D) Trackers, Reporting & Process Discipline
â Maintain daily operational trackers (Excel/Google Sheets):
â orders received vs dispatched
â dispatch TAT and backlog
â inventory movement (inward/outward/adjustments)
â expiry dashboard and near -expiry actions
â packaging material consumption
â Create simple weekly reporting for management: stock health, fulfilment performance,
issues log
â Follow SOPs and continuously improve workflows to reduce errors and delays
Ideal Candidate Profile
â 2–6 years experience in warehouse operations / fulfilment / e -commerce operations
â Strong familiarity with:
â inventory handling and stock reconciliation
â picking/packing/dispatch operations
â basic logistics coordination and courier partner handling
â Experience in food/FMCG/consumables is strongly preferred (expiry + batch discipline)
â Comfortable working with basic tools: Excel/Google Sheets, order panels/marketplace
