Job Title: Warehouse Operation Manager.
Salary Bracket: 25k – 35k ( Subjective to experience and interview)
Job Summary: As a Warehouse Operation Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient use of space, implementing safety protocols, and managing a team of warehouse staff. You will work closely with other departments to meet customer demands and maintain inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Manage and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Inventory Management: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
- Optimize Space Utilization: Strategically organize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and facilitate smooth material flow.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipment status, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation of transactions and procedures.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time. Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
