Warehouse Supervisor

Autoverse Mobility is a fast-growing auto-aftermarket startup focused on delivering high-quality automotive parts and solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch activities, and logistics coordination while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 
● Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, 
packing, and dispatch of materials. 
● Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and maintenance of 
inventory records. 
● Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation. 
● Lead, guide, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to 
operational processes. 
● Coordinate with procurement, inventory, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow. 
● Plan and oversee daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 
● Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics service providers for efficient shipment movement and on-time deliveries. 
● Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and proactively resolve logistics-related issues. 
● Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and related dispatch records. 
● Conduct periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and support physical inventory audits. 
● Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 
● Maintain warehouse organization, storage optimization, housekeeping, and safety 
standards. 
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, warehouse performance, 
dispatches, and logistics activities. 
● Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics 
efficiency while minimizing operational costs.

Required Skills 
● Experience in warehouse operations and team management. 
● Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes. 
● Good computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems. 
● Knowledge of logistics coordination, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking. 
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 
● Good communication and inter-department coordination skills. 
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. 
● Understanding of warehouse safety practices and operational compliance. 

Preferred Qualifications 
● Experience in automotive spare parts, auto components, or the auto-aftermarket 
industry. 
● Exposure to inventory planning, warehouse optimization, and process improvement 
initiatives. 
● Familiarity with barcode systems and warehouse management software.
