This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 5-8 LPA)

Key Responsibilities: 

AIF and investor operations: 

• Handling KYC and onboarding of the investors on the platform 
• Handling queries related to their investments 
• Managing settlements & reconciliations of funds 
• Continuous automation of operations by designing and implementing SOPs to optimize and enhance the ongoing customer operations and experience 
• Work with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to understand and address new developments and regulations and help in managing the entire project from incubation to release stage 
• Work with various financial intermediaries/stakeholders on AIF reporting, compliance and data management 

Transaction management: 

• Lead end-to-end transaction cycle of start-up deals, from onboarding to final closure 
• Coordinate with startup founders and other stakeholders to execute defined workstreams in the transaction process 
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure smooth execution and mitigate risks 

New initiative: 

• Support IC strategic initiatives including product and business development activities 
• Support organizing Demo days, learning sessions & other events 
  

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Postgraduate or MBA or CA/CS with about 2-3 years of work experience 
• Experience with client operations, fund operations, and transaction management is essential 
• Understanding of the SEBI regulations concerning KYCS 
• Outstanding track record of academic achievement with excellent communication skills 
• Has attention to detail, structured approach, and thrives for excellence 
• Passionate about early-stage investing, technology and start-ups 
• Temperament to work in cross-functional teams and ability to interact and coordinate with other businesses, teams, and individuals for execution 
• Knows their way around Excel and PPT
