About the Role : The company is expanding its private-market advisory team and is looking for experienced Wealth Managers who understand unlisted shares, pre-IPO opportunities, and alternative investments. You’ll advise clients, identify new opportunities, and manage end-to-end investment journeys in the fast-growing private markets ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is client-driven, market-aware, and comfortable working with high-value investors.

Key Responsibilities 

* Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre-IPO deals, and private market opportunities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors

* Conduct research on private companies, valuations, deals and market trends

* Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities

* Handle end-to-end investment processes: onboarding, documentation, payments, and share transfers

* Maintain strong relationships through regular portfolio reviews and follow-ups

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution

Acquire new clients through networking, references, and outreach

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/CA qualification preferred

* 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or private markets

* Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to analyse financial data and simplify investment concepts for clients

* Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility

Preferred Background

* Prior experience handling HNI or UHNI clients

* Exposure to private markets, PMS, AIFs, or investment banking

* Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles
