Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

 

●        Lead the design and storytelling
initiatives to create compelling digital marketing materials that resonate with
the target audience.

●        Oversee social media and content
marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels,
including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

●        Implement SEO techniques to improve
website visibility and drive organic traffic.

●        Utilize marketing analytics tools such
as Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identifying
areas for optimization and growth.

●        Take charge of web development tasks,
including content management system (CMS) operations using WordPress and Elementor.

●        Collaborate with the marketing team to
create engaging content for online channels, including websites, blogs, and
social media platforms.

●        Stay up-to-date with industry trends
and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital
landscape.

●        Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe
Photoshop, and Figma for graphic design and visual content creation.

●        Manage Google Ads campaigns to enhance
online visibility and drive targeted traffic.

●        Utilize Meta Business Suite for
efficient management of Facebook and Instagram marketing initiatives.

●        Curate engaging videos for YouTube
with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.

●        Implement lead generation strategies
and demonstrate an understanding of the international market dynamics.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

●        Bachelor's degree in marketing,
communications, or a related field.

●        Minimum of 2 years of proven
experience in digital marketing, with a focus on design, storytelling, social
media, content marketing, SEO, and web development.

●        Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor
for CMS management is mandatory.

●        Strong analytical skills, with the
ability to interpret marketing data and draw actionable insights.

●        Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities.

●        Detail-oriented with a passion for
creativity and innovation in digital marketing.
