Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, plugins, child themes, and page builders.


• Build fully responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance websites across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.


• Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, and ChatGPT within VS Code/Cursor  for rapid development and optimization.


• Modify and manage live client websites securely using SFTP integrations and deployment workflows.


• Maintain code repositories using Git workflows including pull, push, branching, and version control best practices.


• Write clean and scalable HTML, CSS, and PHP code to implement custom functionalities and responsive layouts.


• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, forms, and webhooks for automation and feature enhancements.


• Perform website troubleshooting, debugging, bug fixing, and performance optimization.


• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure code quality, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and architectural stability.


• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, developers, and project stakeholders on client deliverables.


• Ensure timely execution of tasks in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple live projects simultaneously.

 Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.


• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and WordPress architecture.


• Experience working with themes, plugins, child themes, and page builders.


• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools including Claude Code, Lovable, and ChatGPT.


• Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control systems.


• Experience handling website hosting, domain management, and live deployment environments.


• Ability to troubleshoot plugin conflicts, responsive issues, layout shifts, and website errors efficiently.


• Good understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.

Good to Have Skills

• Basic understanding of React.js and Node.js.


• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhook configurations, and third-party integrations.


• Familiarity with automation workflows and AI-driven web solutions.


• Understanding of website security and optimization best practices.

✔ Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in WordPress/Web Development

✔ Experience working on live websites and client projects is mandatory
