Accountabilities:

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and dashboard solutions. The role requires collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform reporting needs into reliable, scalable products. Key responsibilities include:

Design and develop enterprise dashboard applications focused on usability, performance, and business impact.

Build responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React with TypeScript.

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.

Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases to support application performance and reporting requirements.

Integrate Power BI and other data visualization platforms into enterprise applications.

Develop REST APIs and data services to support dashboard functionality and system integrations.

Create executive dashboards, KPI reporting solutions, analytics dashboards, and interactive data visualizations.

Optimize application performance, dashboard responsiveness, and overall user experience.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Partner with leadership teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Ensure development practices follow quality, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack web development, dashboard creation, and data visualization solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:

Minimum 7 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.

Strong experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting solutions.

Proven experience developing interactive, data-driven web applications.

Strong frontend development skills using Angular or React with TypeScript.

Experience developing backend applications and APIs using Python and Flask.

Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and management.

Experience integrating Power BI and visualization platforms into business applications.

Understanding of complete dashboard development lifecycle, including data integration, backend services, frontend implementation, and reporting.

Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.
