Core Skils:

Good knowledge of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript

DIV based Website Layouts

Understanding of SEO techniques

Ensure cross-browser compatibility

At least 1 year experience

Desirable Skills:

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Jquery

Experience with eCommerce websites

Awareness of W3C standards and specifications

Experience implementing Web 2.0 techniques

Working knowledge of Photoshop
