Web Portal Architect

Kaarya Consulting - HRO Services Division aims to be a strategic HR partner for client organistation to accelerate the HR processes of the client. Kaarya Team has built an effective service delivery model for ensuring customer focused HR processes in client organization

1. Minimum of 13+ years’ experience in designing and implementing complex web application.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this role (or equivalent) role.

Full understanding of the IBM Portal product and its capabilities

1-2 years of experience with IBM portal 8 or 8.5 – MANDAOTRY

Good working knowledge of java, J2EE , HTML , Java script, IBM Portal and web services

4. Support full software development life cycle involving application analysis/design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment and support. 

5. Experience of working within a formal software development methodology/ framework.

6. Good working knowledge of EJB2.0 JSF , Hibernate , Lucene/SOLR
