Web Product Manager / Associate at Accentium

Job Description

1. Create and manage product roadmap to support company goals and strategies


2. Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, track product development and launch product on time


3. Create web application workflow, detailed wireframes and feature specifications


4. Identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis


5. Analyzing product metrics and user needs regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.


6. Conduct competitive analysis regularly and identify areas for differentiation.

Educational Qualifications

1. Graduate in any discipline (A technical degree will be a plus)

Experience Level

1. 1-4 years of experience in developing Internet products and technologies.


2. Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch.

Skill Set

1. Basic Knowledge of PHP / MySQL and database structures


2. Good understanding of web apps and how users interact with them


3. Experience developing, launching, managing and consumer oriented websites


4. Experience in making data driven decisions including use of analytics platforms such Google Analytics.


5. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively


6. Able to communicate design through mock-ups, prototypes, flow diagrams, wireframe models and written specifications


7. Strong analytical and problem solving ability


8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
