Web Production Lead

The team

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Production Lead to join our Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our digital web presence. You’ll serve as the primary leader for web production workflows, ensuring our online experiences are modern, engaging, technically sound, and aligned with broader brand and business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands on execution, and strong cross functional collaboration. 

What you’ll bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in web production, digital content operations, or a related field. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Expert proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools; experience with AEM is strongly preferred. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Demonstrated success leading complex web initiatives, with strong project management and organizational skills. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including external partners. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the development, updates, and maintenance of webpages across all corporate digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. 


• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product partners to translate business requirements into compelling digital experiences. 


• Knowledge of SEO and implementation, optimizing page structure, metadata, and onpage elements to improve discoverability. 


• Manage and prioritize multiple web initiatives, guiding projects from concept to launch with strong attention to timelines and deliverables. 


• Build and maintain project timelines and workflows, proactively identifying risks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. 


• Apply advanced UX/UI principles to create intuitive, engaging, and visually cohesive digital experiences. 


• Champion web design and content governance standards, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility across the digital ecosystem. 


• Test webpages for functionality and performance, ensuring compatibility across browsers, devices, and screen sizes. 


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to technical partners as needed to maintain optimal site performance. 


• Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in web production. 


• Recommend and implement enhancements to web production processes, workflows, and digital standards.
