WebLogic Administrator - Environment Management

Job Description :- Candidate should have technical knowledge and working experience on MSSQL 2K16, Oracle, Linux, Unix Shell scripting Windows, DOS Command, J scripts, Webservice and SQL Reporting service.- Candidate should ready to write PL SQL, T-SQL queries like procedures, Triggers, functions etc.- Candidate should have adequate SQL DBA skills.- Candidate should have adequate WebSphere application server or WebLogic skill.- Candidate should know query fine tuning, query plan reading, SQL profiler.- SQL job scheduler, Windows job scheduler, IIS web site creation, App pool creation.- Candidate ready to work in shift & work on CA ticketing tool.- Candidate should have work experience of Autosys schedule tool.- Candidate should ensure that an issues / service request are closed within the TAT, create and update \Run book\ document for supported applications.- Plan and execute DR drills for business applications.- Candidate should be from production support background and should have detail knowledge of incident management cycle.- Candidate with ITIL certified would be preferred.- Candidate should have experience in SIT / UAT testing and production movement.- Candidate need to coordinate with multiple parties like DBA, Server team, Security team, network team, AV team, Application development team etc.- Candidate should be able to monitor vendor performance.- Review of POA incase of critical projects etc.- Define SCP & BCP needs / solutions as per business needs. Job Responsibilities(JR) :- Candidate might need to work in shifts include night shifts whenever required.- Candidate will be responsible for Environment Management.- Candidate will perform patches/releases UAT/SIT testing.- Candidate will deploy patches/releases in production.- Candidate will follow change/release process.- Candidate will be responsible to incident ticket logging, update status to all stakeholders.- Candidate will be responsible to close all audit observation.- Candidate should follow ITIL process.- Candidate should be good in technology.- He should share first analysis of each issue.- Candidate should be automating all manual tasks also responsible for process improvement and fine tuning.- Candidate should work individually and with team whenever require.- Strong analytical & problem resolving skill.- Candidate should be able to update higher management on the Incident details.- Candidate should be able to present monthly incident (S1 to S5), Service request, DB, OS & vulnerability patching details with action items.Educational Qualifications (examples listed below) :Graduation : BE in Computer and IT.Post-Graduation: M.Tech, MCA.Certifications : SQL certification, Oracle certification, Certifications .Net, ITIL certification.Key Skills(examples listed below) :- PL SQL / ORACLE.- Unix shell scripting.- Web logic / Web Sphere Application server (WAS).- DBA activities.- IIS admin.- Knowledge of DevOps.- Banking Product & Process Knowledge.- Planning and Organizing Skills.- Strong Communication.- Good in Analytics.Experience Required (examples listed below) :- Minimum exp in years 6-8 years in each area.- Exposure to banking preferable (ref:hirist.tech)
