Now, we're scaling and we need a Website Developer with 2-3 years of experience who has a marketing mindset to own and manage our company website and digital experiences. You'll be the go-to expert for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing web pages that support marketing initiatives, drive conversions, and ensure an exceptional user experience.
What You’ll do:
Build, update, and maintain the company website and marketing landing pages (Webflow preferred)
Ensure fast load times, high uptime, and seamless responsiveness across devices
Implement and manage SEO best practices, analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager), and tracking integrations
Support ABM and campaign launches with custom-built landing pages and web assets
Conduct regular site audits, identify performance/UX issues, and proactively resolve them
Integrate tools like HubSpot, Hotjar, and Figma into the website workflow
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to execute digital campaigns
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (especially Webflow)
Understanding of technical SEO, web architecture, and optimization best practices
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking integrations
Experience building and optimizing landing pages for lead generation
Ability to troubleshoot bugs and improve site speed, UX, and performance
Preferred Experience & Tools
B2B marketing environments and ABM campaigns
Integrating and optimizing HubSpot forms, Hotjar, Figma assets, and conversion tracking
Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and campaign measurement
Familiarity with marketing funnels, lead gen tactics, and user experience principles
