This role is pivotal in shaping a thriving workplace culture by planning and delivering programs that support our people across all dimensions of wellbeing\u2014physical, mental, social, financial, and intellectual.\n\n## All you need is...\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Program Design \u0026 Execution \nDevelop and implement end-to-end regional wellbeing strategies and employee engagement programs that span the entire employee lifecycle.\n * Event Planning \u0026 Experience Creation \nInitiate and manage events, activities, and meaningful touchpoints that foster connection, inclusion, and engagement across diverse employee groups.\n * Stakeholder Collaboration \nBuild and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams (HR, facilities, finance, procurement) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.\n * Budget \u0026 Vendor Management \nOwn the regional wellbeing budget\u2014plan, track, and optimize expenditures. Collaborate with procurement to establish short- and long-term vendor relationships, including scope of work development and invoice processing.\n * Communication \u0026 Branding \nCreate compelling internal communications, presentations, and social media content to promote wellbeing initiatives and drive participation.\n * Operational Coordination \nManage logistics for events and workshops, including space booking, setup coordination with facilities/admin, and scheduling across office locations.\n * Data \u0026 Insights \nMaintain and update wellbeing dashboards with relevant metrics. Monitor program utilization and provide payroll inputs to finance. Use feedback and data to continuously improve offerings.\n * Employee Support \u0026 Feedback \nAddress employee queries and resolve escalations related to wellbeing programs.
