Requirements

• Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing department.
  


• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for domestic and international clients.
  


• Manage SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and other digital marketing functions.
  


• Handle and mentor senior, mid-level, and junior team members.
  


• Define team KPIs, KRAs, targets, and performance metrics.
  


• Review campaign and project performance regularly.
  


• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client projects.
  


• Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  


• Support the sales team during technical discussions and client pitches.
  


• Participate in important client meetings and strategic discussions.
  


• Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
  


• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
  


• Monitor departmental revenue, profitability, productivity, and resource utilization.
  


• Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
  


• Stay updated with changes in SEO, PPC, Social Media, AI, and digital marketing trends.
