Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot CRM solutions.
  


• Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
  


• Develop automation workflows, lead nurturing processes, and lifecycle management.
  


• Build custom reports and executive dashboards.
  


• Manage CRM data quality, segmentation, and governance.
  


• Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms using APIs and middleware.
  


• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve operational efficiency.
  


• Analyze business processes and recommend RevOps best practices.
  


• Provide technical guidance and support for HubSpot implementations.
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  


• Strong knowledge of RevOps processes and CRM implementation.
  


• Experience with HubSpot workflows, custom properties, reports, and dashboards.
  


• Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
  


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
