Tech Support 
• Pop UP calls 
• Inbound sales process of technical support-windows & mac 
• Night shift 

Role-Taking inbound calls (US) regarding computers. Taking inbound calls regarding pop-ups, email, printer issues. Windows Calls. Taking the remote access of the customer's computer & diagnosing the problems. Pitching for Service maintenance contract. Sales Pitch. To achieve daily sales target. 

Experience in international bpo is must 
No fresher

·         Must know how to close their calls.

·         Must have good convincing and sales skills.

·         Must be fluent in English Speaking .

Preference :

Candidate must be experience in inbound or outbound tech sales process

Candidate must be exp in closing his own calls

Candidates must be exp from international BPO

Candidate must be flexible for rotational shifts
