Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers in choosing stunning jewellery pieces while ensuring a warm and engaging shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery that matches their style and preferences.
✔ Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
✔ Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
✔ Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
✔ Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product details.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, pricing, and billing efficiently.
✔ Maintain the showroom’s elegance, including product displays and cleanliness.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Active, friendly, and confident personality.
✔ Strong communication and listening skills.
✔ Interest in jewellery and fashion.
✔ Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
✔ No prior experience required, but 0-2 years in jewellery sales is a plus.
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced showroom environment.
