Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with 2+ years of hands-on
experience in building scalable, high-performance WordPress websites and WooCommerce
solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in custom theme and plugin
development, API integrations, AI-assisted development, and mass webpage publishing through
automated workflows, along with experience working in Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
â Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive custom WordPress
themes.
â Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch using best coding practices.
â Implement and customize designs using Elementor or any other page builder and
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
â Configure, customize, and extend WooCommerce functionality.
â Build custom WooCommerce templates and complex B2B/B2C eCommerce
solutions.
â Develop and customize WordPress plugins based on project requirements.
â Design and implement custom Gutenberg blocks.
â Build and maintain headless WordPress implementations (REST API /
WPGraphQL).
â Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
â Optimize website performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
â Implement security hardening and follow WordPress security best practices.
â Manage staging, development, and production environments.
â Develop and manage template-based page creation for service, industry, and location
pages.
â Build dynamic pages using Custom Post Types (CPT), ACF, and reusable templates.
â Automate webpage creation through APIs, CSV imports, and WordPress workflows.
â Support Programmatic SEO (pSEO) initiatives and large-scale content publishing.
â Utilize AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for
Figma-to-code conversion, code generation, and faster WordPress development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
â 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
â Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
â Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
â Strong experience with WooCommerce customization.
â Experience with Elementor and ACF.
â Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
â Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or GitHub
Copilot.
â Knowledge of WordPress security best practices.
â Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
â Exposure to React for Gutenberg blocks.
â Understanding of SEO technical implementations.
â Experience in headless WordPress architecture.
â Knowledge of WP-CLI.
