Hiring: Workday Consultant (IC Role)

We are urgently hiring experienced Workday Consultants for a leading Sutherland client project.

Job Details

Role: Workday Consultant (Individual Contributor – IC Role)
Location: Chennai (5 days Work from Office – Mandatory)
Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
Budget: Up to 40 LPA (including 10% variable)
Cab Facility: Available

Requirements

Required Skills

5–7 years of Workday hands -on experience
Strong configuration expertise in Workday HCM modules
Experience in US Payroll processes
Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB / Studio / APIs)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
