We are urgently hiring experienced Workday Consultants for a leading Sutherland client project.

 Job Details

• Role: Workday Consultant (Individual Contributor – IC Role)
  
• Location: Chennai (5 days Work from Office – Mandatory)
  
• Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
  
• Budget: Up to 40 LPA (including 10% variable)
  
• Cab Facility: Available
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of Workday hands -on experience
  
• Strong configuration expertise in Workday HCM modules
  
• Experience in US Payroll processes
  
• Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB / Studio / APIs)
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
