Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Payroll to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end -to -end Workday configuration, change management, system enhancements, testing, and operational support across Workday Talent and Payroll modules.

The candidate should possess strong hands -on expertise in configuring Workday Business Processes, Talent modules, Payroll calculations, reporting, and governance activities while supporting enterprise -wide HR operations.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• 5–7 years of Workday configuration and support experience
  
• Strong expertise in Workday Talent/Performance modules
  
• Hands -on experience in Workday Payroll configuration
  
• Experience with Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Reporting
  
• Proven experience supporting Merit/ACR cycles and Performance launches
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  

Preferred Skills

• Workday Certification
  
• Global Workday implementation/support exposure
  
• AMS / Managed Services experience
  
• Consulting or implementation partner background
  
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies
