? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant (Techno -Functional) to design, configure, and support Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management solutions. This role bridges HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to deliver scalable HRIS solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with HR & Payroll stakeholders
  
• Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
  
• Design leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules & time calculations
  
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and defect resolution
  
• Handle production support and issue troubleshooting
  
• Build reports and HR/Payroll dashboards
  
• Support integrations with Payroll and third -party systems
  

✅ Must -Have Skills

• 5+ years of Workday experience (Time & Absence focus)
  
• Strong Workday configuration skills
  
• Experience in HRIS & Payroll processes
  
• Knowledge of Workday business processes, security & reporting
  
• Experience in production support & troubleshooting
  

➕ Good to Have

• Workday certification (Time/Absence)
  
• Experience with Workday Studio / EIB / Core Connectors
  
• Implementation or tenant deployment experience
