As a Workday Director - HCM, you will lead the charge in optimizing human capital management processes for our clients, enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will analyze client requirements, implement Workday HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization. This role is pivotal in enhancing talent management and operational efficiency for our clients.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will be instrumental in shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Your role involves creating a healthy working environment and maximizing client satisfaction, all while upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored HCM software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Workday HCM applications
- Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
- Mentoring and guiding teams to foster leadership and professional development
- Promoting technological advancements and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to enhance client satisfaction
- Developing innovative ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership in the field of business application consulting
- Balancing strategic choices with detailed execution to drive change and address system-level enablers
- Cultivating potential in others and actively collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 16-18 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in Workday Human Capital Management
