Workday Extend

• Lead the design & architecture of custom applications using Workday Extend.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions integrated with Workday’s ecosystem.
  
• Provide best practices, thought leadership, and architectural guidance.
  
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce standards.
  
• Stay updated on Workday Extend features and industry trends.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in Workday Integrations (Mandatory)
  
• 2+ years in Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform) (Mandatory)
  
• Strong knowledge in Workday HCM/Financials
  
• Deep understanding of Workday APIs, data models & security protocols
  
• Hands -on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, and related technologies
  
• Strong communication & problem -solving skills
