Workday Extend Consultant

Requirements

• Workday Certified Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Workday Extend and Integrations.
  


• Collaborate with customers throughout all phases of deployment and post-production—gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
  


• Play a key role in ensuring seamless integrations and scalable solutions, with opportunities to work across both AMS and implementation projects.
  


• Act as a Workday subject matter expert across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  


• Manage multiple projects independently across different phases.
  


• Lead customer sessions to analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and deliver effective solutions.
  


• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, explore design alternatives, and secure sign-offs.
  


• Evaluate and communicate the technical impacts of configuration decisions.
  


• Develop detailed system interface specifications, field mappings, and process designs in line with CS methodology.
  


• Facilitate design workshops for AMS and implementation projects.
  


• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations that meet business requirements.
  


• Educate clients on building and managing integrations with SaaS platforms through effective knowledge transfer.
  


• Monitor risks and issues, provide regular status updates, and escalate concerns as needed.
  


• Review integration solution architectures to ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
  


• Active Workday Certification in Workday Extend and specialized areas.
  


• Hands-on experience with Workday APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformations, Workday Studio, and Workday CCTPPTM.
  


• Experience in ERP implementation and post-go-live support in technical or techno-functional roles.
  


• Strong proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.).
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels.
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail orientation skills.
  


• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
  


• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with minimal supervision.
