Workday HCM Security Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Workday HCM Security Functional Consultant with 5–9 years of experience in Workday HCM Security configuration and support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Security, domain and business process security, security groups, roles, and permissions.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday HCM security, managing user access, security groups, role assignments, and supporting business process security requirements. The candidate should have experience with Workday HCM modules, business process configuration, domain security policies, and authentication/access controls.

The role involves analyzing security requirements, troubleshooting access issues, performing impact analysis, supporting audits, and ensuring appropriate security controls are maintained.

Strong understanding of Workday security architecture, reporting security, integrations security, and tenant management is preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant Workday solutions.
