Job Description - Workday HRIS Consultant
• Five years or more of Experience supporting an HRIS from within an HR department
• Experience with reporting applications, developing, creating, and responding to report request is required
• ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience a plus
• Experience with Workday Security/Reporting/Business Process configuration a plus
• Experience with organizing project tasks is preferred. PMP certification a plus
• Experience with HRIS integrations desired
• Experience with system implementation and testing
• Understanding of HR programs and policies along with a commitment to HR principles of confidentiality required data analysis and report building skills is essential
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through ability
• Exhibits sound judgment asks smart questions, and has a curious nature
• Ability to lead people, foster collaboration, and build consensus while operating in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to work independently, highly accountable and is also a strong team player
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and readily shift priorities as required
• Workday Studio, SOAP, XML, and XSLT skills a plus
• Highly proficient in Excel (vLookUp, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Proactive and forward-thinking
