Workday Integration Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendors.

The candidate must possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies, troubleshooting, integration monitoring, and supporting enterprise HR systems. This is a fully onsite position supporting U.S. business operations during Eastern Time working hours.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
  
• Build and support Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Cloud Connect integrations.
  
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
  
• Create and maintain Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XML, XSLT, and Workday APIs.
  
• Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor scheduled integrations, and resolve production issues.
  
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver integration solutions.
  
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Monitor integration performance and recommend process improvements.
  
• Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
  
• Participate in Workday releases, upgrades, and regression testing activities.
  
• Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data privacy, and organizational policies.
  
• Provide production support and timely resolution of integration-related incidents.
  

• 4+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations.
  
• Workday Integration Certification is Mandatory.
  
• Strong experience with Workday Studio.
  
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  
• Experience with Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
  
• Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  
• Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation.
  
• Experience developing inbound and outbound integrations.
  
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.
  
• Experience troubleshooting production integration issues.
  
• Strong understanding of Workday security related to integrations.
  
• Experience working with third-party HR, Payroll, Finance, or Benefits systems.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S. business operations.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Additional workday certifications are an added advantage.
  
• Experience with Payroll, HCM, Benefits, Financials, or Recruiting integrations.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Knowledge of middleware technologies is a plus.
  
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients is preferred.
