Workday Integration with studio

Experience:

• 4 -6 years of experience in Workday, with at least one end -to -end implementation (must -have).
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands -on experience with Workday Integrations, including Connectors, STUDIO (must -have), DT, XML, and XSLT.
  
• Proven ability to develop end -to -end integrations from scratch using STUDIO (must -have).
  
• Expertise in integration security and delivery methods.
  

Business & Functional Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.
  
• Strong problem -solving skills with demonstrated follow -through on assignments and issue resolution.
  
• Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing Workday solutions while aligning with the long -term vision of the product and business needs.
  
• Good understanding of the Workday platform, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and generate solutions.
  
• Experience in end -to -end application solution design and implementation of complex business solutions.
  

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with SNOW or similar ticketing tools.
  
• Workday Certification is an added advantage.
